The multimedia files (images and videos) you add to the FeyPlayer playlist will be played by the lite media player. Use the application to view a slideshow of your images or use it to view the videos you have on your machine. You will find that using FeyPlayer is an incredibly straightforward matter.

The FeyPlayer installation file weighs in at a lightweight 1.6MB. The setup wizard that shows up when you run the aforementioned file asks you to pick between a Quick and a Custom Installation. Please note that if you choose Quick Installation, you will also install the WebScout DB Toolbar and your homepage and default search will be changed to WebScout DB. You can install FeyPlayer on top of XP, Vista, or Windows 7.

If you ever used a media player before, FeyPlayer’s interface would not pose a problem. The pane to the left is the playlist, the black pane is where your image/video will be displayed, and the pane at the bottom is home to the playback controls. With a click of the mouse you can go to full screen mode, something you will want to do when you want to relax and watch a video.

To start watching a video, you must add it to the playlist. You can do that by clicking the Add File button from the lower left hand side. Once you select the video, FeyPlayer will automatically start the playback. You can pause the playback, adjust the volume, and pick if you want FeyPlayer to repeat the video over and over. Add some more videos to the playlist and you can enable the shuffle function – FeyPlayer will randomly switch from one video to another.

You can also add a bunch of pictures to the playlist. FeyPlayer will display the first image for a bit, then move on to the second image, then to the third, and so on and so forth. If shuffle mode is enabled, FeyPlayer will randomly switch from one image to another.

This lite media player is offered free of charge. Get it, try it, see if you like it – you have nothing to lose.

FeyPlayer is a very easy to use lite media player you could use to play your multimedia files.

Pros

Choose between a Quick and a Custom installation. Add videos and images to the playlist, continuously repeat a video, shuffle videos/images in the playlist. FeyPlayer is free.

Cons

Wants to install a toolbar and change your search engine and homepage.
